Brushless servomotors

JTECH Srl of Turin is a technical and commercial point of reference for SIBONI motors and gearboxes for Piedmont.

PRO PLANET identifies a range of products based on permanent magnet synchronous motorization, also called AC brushless. Both the single brushless motor and the solution with integrated digital electronics are available. The line of standalone brushless motors is called PRO LINE, and is divided according to size and polarity: PRO LINE ONE (from 0,17 to 2,5 Nm), and PRO LINE TWO (from 4 to 19 Nm). The main features of PRO PLANET, listed below:

Concentrated winding with high copper filling, high power / size ratio, high efficiency, permanent NdFeB ring magnet, high energy production, excellent resistance to internal and external corrosion and high demagnetization limit.

Based on the first line of motors, a new line with integrated electronics on board has been developed, PRO PLANET PL4. It guarantees the possibility of having different mechatronic solutions.
