Inductive Sensors
JTECH Srl of Turin is a technical and commercial reference point of DATASENSING for Piedmont.
Inductive sensors are a particular type of proximity sensors capable of detecting only the presence of metal objects.
The sensors also differ in the type of shielding. The shielded models have the sensitive part completely flush with the sensor body, in fact the generated field is present only on the active face and therefore only detect a target in the frontal position. For this feature, these models can be mounted completely embedded in the metal body of the machine. Unshielded models, on the other hand, have the sensitive part protruding from the sensor body, in fact the detection field is also present on the side of the active face. Having a greater extension, the detection range is greater than that of the shielded models. These models must be mounted protruding from the metal body of the machine.
