Pinch valves
JTECH Srl is an authorized EMERSON distributor for the Piedmont region and a specialized point of reference for ASCO pinch valves in Turin.
Pinch valves clamp or compress disposable flexible tubing to control or block the flow of fluids, often high-purity liquids. Electric pinch valves use electrical current to open and close, while pneumatic pinch valves operate using compressed air.
Emerson manufactures a variety of pinch valves that ensure the integrity of process fluids across several markets, including pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical production, diagnostics, food and beverage, as well as in single-use technology (SUT) applications.
Product categories
|
Pneumatic pinch valves – Control fluid flow using pressurized air that actuates the clamping mechanism to open or close the valve. They are designed to ensure a hermetic separation between the process fluid inside the disposable flexible tubing and the valve’s control mechanism. |

Solenoid pinch valves – Operated by electric current passing through a coil, generating a magnetic field that moves a small plunger to the on or off position. They are available in a variety of designs to work with different tubing diameters and to prevent particle contamination and ambient temperature fluctuations. |
